Which AURESCENT diffuser is right for my space?

Our diffusers are sized by coverage area. The Pro60 and CAR SCENT DIFFUSER are ideal for small rooms and vehicles, the S100 PRO and PRO300 suit medium rooms and offices, while the PRO1000, PRO2000, PRO3000, PRO5000 and PRO ONE are built for large open-plan spaces, villas and commercial environments. If you are unsure, contact us with your room size in square meters and we will recommend the perfect match.

Do your diffusers use water or heat?

No. AURESCENT diffusers use waterless cold-air atomization (nebulizing) technology. Pure fragrance oil is transformed into an ultra-fine dry mist without heat or water, so every fragrance note stays exactly as the perfumer intended and your furniture stays dry.

Are the fragrance oils included?

Select diffusers, including the PRO ONE, include complimentary signature fragrance oils so your space comes alive from the very first day. The included oils are listed on each product page.

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused devices in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied, contact our team and we will guide you through a simple return.

Is there a warranty on the diffusers?

Yes. Every AURESCENT diffuser is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Fragrance & Use

How long does a bottle of fragrance oil last?

This depends on the device, intensity setting, and run schedule. On a moderate setting, a 500ml bottle can last several weeks of daily use. Larger reservoirs such as the 2,000ml PRO ONE deliver weeks of continuous performance between refills.

Are AURESCENT fragrances safe for homes with pets and children?

Our fragrance oils are designed for ambient scenting in well-ventilated spaces. As with any fragrance product, we recommend keeping oils out of reach of children and pets and following the usage guidance included with your device.
