Free shipping over $50

All orders over $50 ship free. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

30-day returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unused device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

Contact our support team with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will send you simple return instructions right away.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty

Every AURESCENT diffuser is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault under normal use, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
