Which oils can I use, and how do I care for my diffuser?
For best results, use pure, water-free fragrance oils formulated for cold-air diffusion — like the AURESCENT fragrance oil range. Avoid water-based or essential-oil blends with carriers, as these can clog the nozzle. Maintenance is minimal: occasionally run the unit briefly with a little alcohol-based cleaner to keep the atomizer clear, and wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth.
How does a cold-air (nebulizing) diffuser work?
Our diffusers use waterless "cold-air" nebulizing technology. Instead of heating or diluting the oil, they use pressurized air to atomize pure fragrance oil into an ultra-fine, dry mist. This preserves the scent exactly as intended, spreads it evenly through the room, and leaves no water residue on surfaces.
